I’m so happy you are here! I’m Connie, a wedding and portrait photographer based in Clinton, MS, serving all of Jackson, MS and the surrounding areas. I am a graduate of the New York Institute of Photography. My style is natural, classic, and colorful. I know that for a lot of us being in front of a camera can feel awkward and strange, but don’t worry! My sessions are relaxed, candid, and most of all, FUN! I’ll help you feel comfortable and confident by giving you directions and fun activities instead of trying to force stiff poses. This will allow your genuine personality and emotions to shine through, creating images that are truly authentic and memorable—images that are beautifully, uniquely YOU.

Meet Connie
I get asked a lot about how I got started in photography. My love of photography began at age 11 when I received my first Polaroid camera. But my true devotion to the art began after my daughter became involved in competitive cheerleading. I wanted to be able to capture her on stage doing what she loves, so I bought my first professional camera. With God’s help, what started as a hobby quickly developed into a passion. I began devouring everything that I could find on the subject. In 2017, that desire to learn led me to enroll in the New York Institute of Photography. The course taught me about the different aspects of photography, as well as pushed me to step outside my comfort zone to expand my creativity and improve my skills. Today, I’m so thankful God has blessed me with the gift of photography through which I can share the beauty of His creation and His love with others.
